Gregory M. Franchi is a Senior Associate with The Narayan
Law Firm since 1995 and works in the San Mateo office.
He provides litigation defense in the areas of construction defect, professional
liability, premises liability, real estate, landlord/tenant, and wrongful eviction.
Mr. Franchi has handled over 40 trials, as well as numerous mediations
and/or arbitrations. Most recently, in Brummett v. Camden Village Homeowner's
Association, Mr. Franchi obtained a defense verdict on a property management
liability case for a Homeowner's Association in Santa Clara County Superior Court. He
is experienced in complex motion practice.
Mr. Franchi was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1960. He served as in house
counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance for six and a half years. Mr. Franchi is
a licensed real estate broker, a member of the Real Estate section of the American
Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
